This was Number one on the day I was born 50 long years ago!

It's a beautiful comment on loneliness in a crowded world.  Of course not everyone who is alone is lonely and there's a lot to be said for solitude.

Rothbury Roots with Brooks Williams 25/8/16

I'm playing at Rothbury Roots (www.rothburyroots.com) on Thursday 25th August as a support slot for Brooks Williams.

Last time we did this was at The Ship Inn and Brooks joined me playing some amazing guitar on my song "Home"

Walking With Daisy

This is my most frequent walking route with Daisy and this is pretty much what happens every day...

The tune is called Lazy Long Dog and I wrote it for our old lurcher Trooper who enjoyed this walk too.

This one is always popular when I sing it and when I'm joined by a great singer like Michelle Plum it's a real pleasure to perform it.  This was filmed in a busy Ship Inn, Low Newton Northumberland when I supported Michelle and Nick (aka Plumhall)
